Legal Compliance

BlazeHaus operates entirely within the legal framework established by the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 — commonly known as the 2018 Farm Bill. Under this federal legislation, hemp and hemp-derived products are legal in the United States so long as they contain no more than 0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight. Every product offered at BlazeHaus adheres strictly to this requirement. We work exclusively with reputable farms and manufacturers who provide complete, verifiable compliance documentation for every batch produced.

Transparency is a core part of our standard. All products sold at BlazeHaus come with third-party Certificates of Analysis (COAs) that verify potency, cannabinoid profile, and the Δ9-THC concentration required to meet federal guidelines. We do not accept products without proper laboratory testing, batch traceability, and documentation. Our customers can always review lab results for added confidence and clarity — real data, not assumptions.

BlazeHaus also maintains strict age-control policies. In compliance with federal guidelines and responsible retail practices, no one under the age of 21 is permitted to purchase or consume products from BlazeHaus. Age verification is required for all in-store purchases. We take this responsibility seriously and enforce it without exception to ensure safety, legality, and community trust.

Our commitment goes beyond basic compliance. We continuously monitor evolving laws and regulatory updates at both the state and federal level to ensure that BlazeHaus remains aligned with all legal requirements. This proactive approach allows us to provide high-quality cannabis products—always legal, always documented, always transparent.

Please note: BlazeHaus products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and have not been evaluated by the FDA. Customers are encouraged to use products responsibly and to consult lab results or speak with our team if they have questions about compliance or product composition
